Exercise Room
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Our exercise room is open during regular business hours. You will find a variety of equipment to held you meet your fitness goals
The exercise room is located in the lower level.

Foot Clinic
1st Wednesday starting at 9am
George Daniels is our Foot Care Clinic RN. Cost is $40 for a half hour appointment paid to him that day by cash or check. You will need to bring a current list of medications and a short medical history for your first appointment. Be sure to sign up with the receptionist in person or by calling 608-868-3500.
The Foot Clinic is held in the Craft Room.

Chair Massage
2nd and 4th Thursdays starting at 10am
Our massage therapist, Alicia Jenski, LMT, is offering chair massages twice a month. You can sign up for 20 or 40 minutes. Cost is $10 for 20 minutes and $20 for 40 minutes. Please sign up with the receptionist in person or call 608-868-3500.
Chair Massage is held in the Conference Room.

Zumba Gold
Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am
Join Lynnette Brown for Zumba Gold! 8 week sessions are $56 or a 10 class punch card is available for $80.00. Questions can be emailed to Lynnette at p-townfitness@hotmail.comor call/text at 920-728-1430.
Zumba Gold is held in the Lower Level.

A light yoga class is offered in the dining room.

Classes run for 12 weeks and cost $36..

Stretching Class
Thursdays at 10:45am
Kate O'Brien, certified Health and Wellness Coach, teaches proper stretching techniques. This includes lying, sitting and standing stretches that will be done in a sequence that stretches all your muscles, large and small. Bring your mat and a water bottle. Cost is $3.00 per person. No registration is required.
